What the name says. A local restaurateur's hobby, this tiny joint decorated with portraits of Russian primes ministers since 1991 serves nothing but the celebrated beetroot soup, with ingredients varying depending on the season. Sides include traditional rye bread, fresh garlic and onions. What you pay is entirely up to you, but R300 is probably more than enough.
