Moscow has preserved a lot of buildings of the XX century, which are eye-catching, extraordinary and huge. Soviet architecture reflects the spirit of the time and the might of the country. We will drive to different parts of the city where you will see the most iconic buildings of that epoch.Constructivist communal houses appeared all over the Soviet Union in the 1920s. They still exist in Moscow so you will have a chance to get an idea about them. "Stalin empire style" is a term for the architecture of the 1930s-1950s when huge, monumental buildings with orders and symbolical compositions were constructed. Seven Stalin high-rise buildings became important Moscow landmarks and you will see some of them during the tour.
