This full-day private tour by car/minivan includes the must-sees of classic and modern St Petersburg. You will visit the principal buildings of the Hermitage Museum complex, including the Winter Palace with a professional guide. The next museum on the program is the Yusupov Palace, the mansion of one of the richest families of the Russian Empire. After visiting the gala halls, explore the exhibition devoted to the life and death of Rasputin. The last venue to visit is recently opened privately owned Faberge Museum, where you will see the unique collection of the Faberge eggs.

Meet your private guide and driver in the lobby of your hotel and head out to the city center to have a short panoramic tour of the main streets and embankments of St Petersburg. The first visit of the day is the Hermitage Museum, founded by Catherine the Great in 1964. Your guide will take you to the most interesting exhibitions, the reception halls of the Russian Tsars and the masterpieces by the most talented and famous masters such as Rafael, Michelangelo, Titian, El Greco, Velasquez, Rembrandt, Rubens, Van Deik and others. The culmination of the excursion is visiting the exposition devoted to Rasputin, one of the most mysterious persons in Russian history, who was assasinated in the basement of the palace by young Felix Yusupov.The last museum of the day is Faberge Museum, recently opened privately owned museum, which exhibits the one-of-a-kind collection of Faberge Easter Eggs and jewelry that belonged to the Imperial family. You will see the true masterpieces of the jewelry art made from enamel, precious stones, and metals.
