Though hidden in a pink house without a sign, you'll have no problems finding one of the western hemisphere's best restaurants – just follow the excited hordes in the know. Reservations aren't possible, so be prepared to wait on the sidewalk; your meal is definitely worth the minor inconvenience. The namesake chef is a multiple-award winner and he combines local ingredients brilliantly.
