These bright apartments are located in the heart of Lisbon's famous historical neighborhood of Alfama. The Alfama Terraces by RE has an outdoor garden area and is a 10-minute drive from the Lisbon city centre, with its many shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. The heated units features a fireplace, living area with a sofa, free WiFi, kitchen, private bathroom with free toiletries, flat-screen cable TV, terrace, balcony and views of the garden. Guests are welcome to prepare their meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which features a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, oven and cutlery. Several local restaurants are available within a short 5-minute walk from the property. The area specializes in various types of grilled-fish dishes. The famous 28 tram passes 20 metres away and guests can take it to tour the typical alleys and narrow streets of Lisbon. It is a 20-minute drive to Belém with its scenic castle and gardens, as well as shops selling the traditional Pasteis de Belém (typical custard and cinnamon-based puff pastry). The surrounding historical neighbourhood has many shops and stores which guests can browse. The St. Vincent monastery, with its iconic roof terrace is a 3-minute walk from the apartments, and can actually be spotted from the garden area. The National Pantheon is just 200 metres away and the scenic Santa Justa Lift is 1 km away. The Rossio Train Station is 1.3 km away and the the Martim Moniz Metro station is 800 metres away. It is a 15-minute drive to the Lisbon International Airport, and the Alfama Terraces by RE features a shuttle service, at an extra fee.
Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that late check ins, after 21:00 have an additional cost of EUR 30. Guests should contact the property in advance with their estimated time of arrival. The property will send an email after booking with key pick-up and deposit payment instructions.
