Experience Lisbon like a local. Capital of a unique natural light, those who come here do not forget. Lisbon alive and colourful! Only European capital bathed by the Atlantic Ocean. We do the best tours because we do it with passion!
Lisbon is Fado, a capital full of cultural diversity, full of flavours and light, where modernity coexists with remarkable historical heritage. And we'll take you through the narrow streets, alleys and large avenues to experience these feelings on a tour of this beloved Lisbon. So we propose:Starting from the Marques de Pombal we descend towards the baixa (downtown) to pass by Ginjinha, a traditional café which gets its name from a typical drink of the capital, to then climb to the top of the highest hill of Lisbon, where you will visit the Castle of São Jorge. Along the way we will pass the Se Cathedral, St. Anthony's Church (patron saint of Lisbon elected by the people), not forgetting to stop at the various viewpoints that Lisbon has to offer, to contemplate the superb view of the city. We also visit the old Moorish quarter of Alfama, the neighbourhood where our Fado was born and where time has made some changes and modern life has moved through the narrow stone streets and the old picturesque houses. Break for lunch. We’ll then go down to New Lisbon, Nations Park on the riverside, where in 1998 the Expo 98 took place, here we see bold and futuristic architecture. Following the river we come to Belém, exit point of the Portuguese discoverers, where there are several monuments and parks. We visit the grand Jeronimos Monastery the best Manueline architecture monument of the sixteenth century, as well as the Padrão dos Descobrimentos (Monument to the Discoveries) and of course the XVI century Tower of Belém.We end our tour in the factory of Pasteis de Bélem also known as Pasteis de Nata, to enjoy this fabulous sweet that were created before the 18th century by Catholic monks at the Jerónimos Monastery, which attracts millions of people every year. Our guide will accompany you along the way, sharing stories and curiosities about the places visited.
