Let us know if you are late to an appointment: our professional drivers will find the fastest and safest way to arrive on time and safely to your destination, avoiding city traffic or other inconveniences. For an Airport pick up, your rate also includes flight tracking and a 45-minute waiting time calculated from the time your flight arrives. For non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes waiting time calculated from the scheduled pick up time.As a general rule, passengers are allowed to take one suitcase and one personal item with them onto our vehicles. As such, there are certain size and weight restrictions to ensure each passenger's belongings can fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase or laptop bag that can fit easily or can be carried by the passenger. If you travel with extra or excess luggage, please informe us before taking the trip, so that we can provide the necessary logistic resources from the baggage hall to the check in counter or point of destination (extra fees may be included).Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking (extra fees may be included).
