Jewish in Lublin

There’s good kitsch and there’s bad kitsch, and at Mandragora, it’s all good. Sure they’re going for the Fiddler on the Roof effect with the lace tablecloths, knick-knacks and photos of old Lublin, but in the romantic Rynek locale, it works wonderfully. The food is a hearty mix of Polish and Jewish, featuring mains such as goose and duck.
