Have you ever heard about pierogi? Probably yes, as it is the best-known Polish dish! Poles love pierogi because it reminds them childhood and family home. Pierogi always accompanies every family meeting. Preparing pierogi at every Polish home is a real ritual and every family member gets involved in the process. It is always fun and a bit of surprise. Our 3-hours pierogi class will be led by a Polish grandmother who has over 50 years experience making pierogi. She'll let you in on the best-kept secrets of her pierogi recipe, refined over a lifetime of trial and error. You'll even learn the detailed technique involved in making perfectly toothsome pierogi dough, by far the trickiest part of the process. During this 3-hour class, you’ll be making  3 different types of pierogi – 2 traditional and sweet. The price also includes wine/beer (2 glasses) , soft drink, water and snacks. We keep the groups small so that each participant can get individual attention.
