Sel de Mer

El Jadida

Bathed in an ethereal blue light, this sophisticated restaurant at the Mazagan Beach and Golf Resort focuses on the catch-of-the-day displayed on ice. Perhaps briny oysters from Oualidia, meaty turbot or sea bass with divine lobster ravioli, all washed down with a fine Moroccan wine. Service is polished but unstuffy. Reserve in advance and note the smart dress code.

Kids of all ages are welcome; there is a special menu.
