La Salsa

La Gomera

Abstract artwork hangs from bright-orange walls above just a handful of tables at La Salsa, one of Valle Gran Rey's most loved restaurants. The punchy, inspired menu turns out such seductive fusion creations as veggie tempura, courgette-and-carrot rolls dipped in yoghurt sauce and spinach-ricotta pasta in mushroom sauce, with lots of vegetarian/vegan choice. Wines include excellent Canarian picks. Book ahead.
