Build Coffee

Chicago

The cozy little room with found furniture and exposed brick walls is a great place to munch a sandwich, sip a rose cardamom latte with oat milk, and shop for zines and small-press books (it's a mini bookstore, as well).

Build is part of the small business incubator known as Experimental Station and shares its premises with a couple of news reporting groups, a bike-fixing program and a youth training shop. The 61st Street Farmers Market also operates here.
