Set in the courtyard of Aparaaditehas, Tartu's hipster outpost, Aparaat serves simple and well-executed international fare. Dishes aren't nearly as creative as the artsy types that frequent the place, but diners should hold out until the end for the excellent blue-cheese cheesecake. There's a play area for kids, plus regular concerts and other events.
