Halės Market

Top choice in Vilnius

Traditional market stalls mingle effortlessly with on-trend cafes at Halės Turgavietė, one of the city's oldest food markets, staffed by Russian traders. The glossy metal and glass construction, completed in 1906, is a delightful place to mingle and meander. Browse glistening fruit and veg, honeys and jams, or head into the pungent interior for cheeses, meats and churchkhela (Georgian/Turkish sweet).

Inside the main hall there are several casual places to eat and even craft beer on tap.
