When Israel transplant Ben Zviel and his partner Samina Raza launched their minimalist parlour (white-brick walls, polished wooden tables) in 2016, they added another notch to Berlin's food ladder. The menu is constantly in flux, but by turning carefully edited ingredients into shareable small and big plates, Ben fearlessly captures the city's adventurous and uninhibited spirit.
