Tannery Bend Beerworks

Napa

What do you call a brewery smaller than micro? A Napa brewery stepped up to answer that question in 2017 and this nanobrewery produces just 15 gallons of beer per batch. The teeny tiny booze biz is a collaboration between a chef, a brewer and a restaurateur (same one who owns the fabulous Oenotri).

With their powers combined, they've created a few delicious and locally sourced Saisons and IPAs, in addition to a rotating menu of food pairings featuring things such as grilled blue crab and deviled eggs.
