Of the two microbreweries in Islamorada, this is the one not to miss. It's locally owned and operated, with excellent beer brewed on site. Come in to the friendly tap room, order a flight and have a chat with one of the brewmasters who are usually on hand.
The small-batch operation isn't afraid to push the envelope (though most beers are made for drinking in the hot climate). You'll find wheat beer, American blond ale, traditional IPAs and wacky seaonal varieties like Smelly Butt – an IPA made with ripe pineapples.
