Plan B is a humble Spanish eatery serving authentic delicacies courtesy of Basque chef Oskar Urzelai. Locals love this out-of-the-way-but-buzzy neighbourhood spot for its good plates of tapas, pintxos (Basque tapas), paella and, of course, the generous servings of silky jamón serrano, which pairs perfectly with ice-cold sangria. Despite its hidden location, Plan B always packs a crowd.
