Part of a meticulously converted warehouse that now houses the multitasking Forum Karlín, Eska is a combined artisanal bakery and industrial-chic restaurant that does original and interesting things with the most basic of Czech ingredients – potatoes cooked in ash with smoked fish, dried egg yolk and kefir is an Eska classic. As good for breakfast as for a late dinner.

And just smell that bread!
