Part enchanted garden, part ethnography museum with farming implements all over the place, Tihany's best restaurant is as much a place to linger over a beer brewed on the premises as it is to eat. Though we urge you to eat: the smoked trout, the goose liver with egg barley and the spare ribs are all delicious, and the portions are generous.
