Moksa

Top choice in Ubud

Based at its own permaculture farm, Moksa shows that extraordinary meals can be created with vegetables prepared simply. Half the dishes are raw, half cooked; many are vegan. The setting is bucolic, but the kitchen is state of the art – a fab mix. The approach is via a path through fields: follow the signs from JI Raya Sayan.

There's also a dojo here.
