The restaurant at the Tiszavirág Hotel serves beautifully presented international and modernised Hungarian dishes, such as guinea fowl with Jerusalem artichokes, and pigeon with couscous and beetroot. The selection of Hungarian wines by the glass is excellent and the service both warm and efficient. Simple but elegant decor, with great lighting.
