With its blue-and-white decor, Chef Un's has a vibe more Turkish Med than Anatolian heartland. And you know the mantı (Turkish ravioli) has got to be good when Turks are crammed in at lunchtime slurping down bowls of the stuff. It does börek (filled pastries) as well, and good soup, but the mantı is what it's known for.
