St-Paul's premier ice-cream parlour will leave you a drooling mess. It serves up an excellent array of classic and exotic flavours, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. The passionfruit and geranium (yes!) are outstanding. It also whips up crêpes, pastries, chocolate mousse and macaroons. If only it had sea views, life would be perfect.
