Los Aljibes

Lanzarote

On the east side of Tahíche, Lanzarote's first microbrewery is spread across a jazzy palm-sprinkled terrace and a sunken whitewashed home in which Manrique had a hand. It concocts five artisan beers on-site, served alongside island wines and good, honest food blending Canarian and Argentine flavours – fried cheese with fig marmalade, parrilladas of grilled meats, smoked-salmon salad (mains €14 to €19).

Also has branches in Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen.
