Marwadi is a skinny, technicolour, pure-veg restaurant with inexpensive North and South Indian cuisine. Generous spice and chilli levels make the food here a bit more authentic than the multicuisine eateries that dominate Lakeside. We like the chequered tablecloths and attentive staff, and the tawa and tandoori breads to mop up the curries.
