Kōrakuen & Akihabara

Mansei-bashi Station was Tokyo's original eastern terminus, completed two years before Tokyo Station in 1912. It closed in 1943 and was reborn at long last some 70 years later as this stylish shopping and dining centre. Crafts, homewares, fashions and food from across Japan are sold here, under the red-brick railway arches.

At the eastern end you'll find Hitachino Brewing Lab. You can also go up to the roof of the arcade where there's a small outdoor area for sitting on level with train tracks.
