Pam’s Kitchen

British Virgin Islands

Pam cranks out loaves of fresh bread, cinnamon rolls, brownies and other baked goods. This is a terrific breakfast stop for egg-stuffed sandwiches or Baileys-infused French toast, or for lunchtime treats such as a burger or conch fritters. It also serves fish freshly caught from Pam's family's boat at night (reserve ahead).
