A clever concept restaurant, where the menu is usually geographically themed ('Rome', for example, or 'New York Meets Paris') and dishes are borrowed from (consenting) Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe, then given a Nordic twist. Menus change every two months – it's no doubt a huge challenge, but the kitchen handles it with aplomb. Lunch is good value.
