Built over the water, the restaurant at the Risby Cove development gives its best tables to in-house guests but welcomes others if there is space available. It claims to offer a fine-dining experience but on our latest visit our meal was disappointing – overcooked fish that wasn't as fresh as it should have been. Service is friendly but inept.
