Breezy Bluebiyou is a casual, maritime-styled bistro riding high on the dunes and serving big brunches and a mix of meaty and fishy dishes. The beer-battered oysters are excellent. Thursday is $20 fish-and-chips night, and if you come between 9am and 10am, coffee is free with breakfast.
