Orangutan House

Melaka City

It's impossible to miss the giant orangutan mural above artist Charles Cham's gallery and T-shirt store. His colourful, primitive-style paintings sell for US$500 upwards, while his cheeky range of T-shirts (adults RM40 to RM45, kids RM20) are a more affordable, wearable art for all. Designs range from Chinese astrology animals to uplifting slogans and 'play safe' banners above condoms.

There is a smaller branch round the corner, also on Jln Hang Jebat.
