Restaurant Clivia

Pollença

More contemporary than most and superb in every respect, Clivia gathers around an inner courtyard, where a mosaic of pine panels and bell-shaped lights create an abstract artwork. The food (especially the fish) is prepared with panache. Prawn carpaccio with sweet red pepper is a delicious lead to the house speciality: wild sea bass steamed in malvasia wine.
