It's on the mainland but feels like a fantasy private island. It consists of five homey cottages, all swathed in rattan, and one larger, pricier room above the restaurant. Free use of kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and bikes. Arrive by boat (20 minutes, free pick-up) or on your own via the rough Port Barton–San Vicente road (11km, dry season only).
Bigaho Falls are a 2km walk from here. The generator is switched off at 9pm; after that solar lights are available, but fans are not.
Overlooking the islands of Port Barton Marine Park, Sunset Colors offers tranquil accommodation in San Vicente. It provides complimentary boat transfers from/to Port Barton. The accommodation comes with a private terrace, a fan, bathroom and balcony with sea views. Sunset Colors also includes a sun terrace. Kayaks and mountain bikes are available for use at no charge.
