Your day begins with a 9am pickup from your Manila or Makati hotel. Greet your local guide, jump aboard the comfortable vehicle, and head out on a 1.5-hour drive to Hidden Valley Springs, located in the small town of Alaminos, Laguna. Upon arrival, listen as your guide explains that this 109-acre (44-hectare) and 2,950-feet- (900-meter-) deep crater-like area was believed to have been formed by a volcanic eruption that happened thousands of years ago. Take your time to explore the expansive surroundings, with its exotic flora and centuries-old trees. Protected vegetation flourishes here and there are numerous spring-fed pools that lead to a small gorge and waterfall. You can choose to swim or laze by the pools or walk around the area and enjoy the scenery. Enjoy a delicious lunch at noon and afternoon snacks, both served at the resort's pavilion.Your tour concludes with a drop-off back at your hotel at around 5pm.
