What can't you do with a hot oven, a stack of firewood and a battery of well-oiled cast-iron pans? This restaurant puts that challenge to the test, with mixed results. Bubbly thin-crust pizzas and roasted squash lack seasoning but the pork ribs and roast chicken, served in those pans, are winners. Lots of unique, tasty cocktails, too.
The table service could use some improvement.
