Noisy, bone-rattling kamikaze-like city buses (2200G) go almost everywhere, but few run after 10pm. Air-conditioned services are more expensive and less frequent (3600G). Nearly all city buses start their route at the western end of Oliva and post their destinations in the front window.
Taxis are metered and reasonable but tack on a surcharge late at night and on Sunday. A taxi from the center to the bus terminal costs about 50,000G.
