Hello everyone, I want to ship some cooking utensils that weigh about 10 Lbs from the USA to Panama. I was wondering if you guys knew about a good parcel forwarding website. What do you guys think?
Open a new hostel located in the Gulf de Chiriqui Marine Park. If you are in the Boca Chica, Chiriqui you might want to escape to Isla Parada. The lodge has the peace and tranquility of being surrounded by primary forest and the marine park in the front yard. There is miles of hiking trails on the property that has 220 hectares of land. In the front there is a 1/4 mile long beach and in the back is a nice protected cove with a mangrove estuary. If you are looking for something new and away…
we (couple, one speaks fluent spanish) are looking for a local guide to show us around in the Darien for a few days (last week of April 2018). We are thinking of going to Yaviza/El Real and just "find" one there...but it would obviously be much better to have a contact beforehand.
It seems to be impossible to get up-to-date info on the Darien in general - and much more so when it comes to specific infos, phone numbers, internet concatcs of guides etc.
Can anyone help please?

My friend and I will meet in Panama City but she will arrive about 45 minutes before me. Once she clears immigration, are there any restaurants in the arrivals hall where she can wait?
Can you get to the Food Court from arrivals? Do you go upstairs?
Thank you for any help.
We (couple in our 30s) have confirmed a 3-day Camino Real trip (basically 3 days hiking on an ancient route in the jungle) with a tour agency from 23 to 25 of May. To share the costs we are looking for 1 or 2 people to join us. Write me if you are interested.
As a sailor, I have spent many months over the past several years enjoying the amazing San Blas islands aboard my private (not charter) boat. I have also noticed a lot of incorrect information posted about sailing charters in the San Blas. I decided to make this post to clarify.
First, sailing charters are NOT illegal in the San Blas, but there are a multitude of illegal charter operators here who do not comply with either Kuna or Panamanian law.
If you are considering a charter in the San…
I am so excited to be traveling through Panama for two weeks, from June to July. I know it's the rainy season so while I am planning my itinerary, can anyone weigh in on the BEST places and WORST places to travel during that time?
