The menu varies according to what's fresh and available, but might include specialties like fufu (fish soup) or tortillas changa (thick tortillas made from fresh corn) grilled with maize and coconut.

Though the class is given in Spanish, guests can take home a recipe booklet in English. There's a three-person minimum.
