The experience starts by picking you up at 7:30am at the lobby of your hotel. From there, you'll be driven to the Embera Reserve, approximately a 1-hour drive.Once at port, you'll embark on an upriver ride (approx 20 minutes) through the Chagres River and the Panamanian Jungle. Once at the Embera Reserve, the Emebera Indians will tell you how they hunt, fish, treat their sick, and much more. See their traditional dances, and how they make their body paintings, woven baskets, plates and masks.Then eat a traditional meal of fried fish and Patacones. Take a short ride in an Embera canoe (approx. 20 minutes), then walk for around 30 minutes to reach a waterfall.Around 1:30pm you'll begin your return trip to your hotel.
