Starting from Jakobsbakken in Sulitjelma, with magnificent buildings dating back to the mining industry in the late 1800’s, we will take you dog sledding in the mountains of Sulis.Our certified guide gives you instructions on how to handle the huskies and the sled before you are ready to let your four-legged friends guide you into the Arctic mountains.Experience a magical tour in unspoilt nature, where the dogs can pull you for hours without meeting a single person. You will also experience close proximity to nature and the opportunity to see wildlife close up, including reindeer, grouse and foxes. From September to April there are also good opportunities to see the Aurora Borealis from this beautiful mining town above the Arctic circle.Easy dog sledding intended for larger groupsIn this package, you will try to drive a dog sled along with a friend. We run a round of approx. 2 km, so you can try the dog sled. Suitable for large groups wishing to try dog sledding.Duration: 2 hours
