Availability & Cost of Healthcare
Healthcare in Nigeria is not of good quality, and there is little in the way of emergency care. Funds or insurance need to cover the cost of possible repatriation.
Tap water is not drinkable in Nigeria. Be careful also to avoid iced drinks. Buy bottled water, use a purifier or drink boiled water.
