Bus

There are two main bus terminals in Matagalpa. Fairly well-organized Cotran Sur, about 800m west of Parque Rubén Darío, generally serves Managua, Jinotega and most points south.

Disorienting by comparison, Cotran Norte is next to the northern market and goes to mostly rural destinations in the north.
