Over 600 refugees are to be offered temporary accommodation at a ski complex in Sweden, close to the country's border with Norway.

Asylum seekers will be able to stay at Riksgränsen, the most northerly ski resort in the world, until it opens for the season in February 2016. Sven Kuldkepp, CEO of Lapland Resorts AB, said the company is 'very pleased to be able to help'. He also added that they hoped to be able to create some jobs for some of the refugees.
