One hiker was killed and five injured when an ice cave collapsed in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington on Monday.
Three of the injured were airlifted to the nearest hospital where they were treated for serious injuries. The cave in comes after a similar collapse on Saturday in which no one was injured.
