The Toronto Zoo has announced an $8.3 million decline in revenues since last year, despite the arrival of two pandas from China. The largest decrease in revenues were a result of falling ticket sales and zoo administrators attribute the drop in attendance to a cold winter that kept visitors away from the outdoor attraction.
