Authorities from China’s Central Aviation Administration (CAAC) have closed Taizhou airport following an incident where a man tried to start a fire during a flight that originated there.

The local CAAC branch in Zhejiang province temporarily ceased operations at the airport, saying it would send a work group to investigate the airport for aviation regulations.
