On Tuesday Abu Dhabi got a visit from a galaxy far, far away as a band of stormtroopers touched down to keep an eye out for rebel forces as the country gears up to host the second world premiere (the first was held Monday in Los Angeles).
The six-strong delegation, representing the First Order, will be joined at the premiere evening by stormtroopers from the UK and German garrisons of 501st legion. The new film Star Wars: The Force Awakens will premiere in Abu Dhabi Wednesday night at the Emirates Palace.
