Norwegian hotelier and billionaire Petter Stordalen has agreed to reintroduce processed meats to his hotels after a ban on bacon caused an uproar.
Stordalen's Nordic Choice Hotel Group introduced a revised menu to hotels earlier this month, which didn't feature any processed meats such as bacon and sausages. The brand director of the group's Comfort chain in Sweden said in a statement on Tuesday, 'Though many praised us for the measure, the visitors' feedback clearly emphasised that they still wanted bacon.
