A brand new casino complex opened in Macau on Tuesday. Studio City is a cinema-themed resort complex located on the Cotai Strip, a length of reclaimed land that has been dubbed Macau’s version of the Las Vegas ‘Strip’ due to the number of casinos located there.
Among the resort’s amenities are a 1,600-room luxury hotel, 30 international restaurants, and a variety of cinematically-themed attractions, including a figure-eight Ferris wheel, a magic theatre complex, concert venue, a Pacha nightclub, a Looney Tunes children’s play centre and a full TV broadcasting centre.
